Haiti has generally been a safe place. It has the lowest crime rate in the Caribbean. The UN has been there for a few years now and plans on staying for 10 to 20 years according to the Secretary General of the United Nations. There are huge opportunities right now strategic partnerships with progressive young entrepreneurs with US and European educations and a unique capacity to bridge western business methods with the huge opportunities on the ground. There are numerous opportunities for micro private equity deals that I am aware of. Please take some time to answer the question so I can better understand how to bring capital to Haiti in this environment of opportunity and stability.
